Guests have full private access to the main house, including all three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, the living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry room, and private balcony.

In addition, guests have shared access to the backyard amenities, which include a swimming pool, mini golf course, hammock, and outdoor lounge area. These spaces are shared with the guest house on the property.

This home is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood in Palm Harbor. It’s a peaceful area with a relaxed vibe, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Whether you’re here to relax or explore the Gulf Coast, this is a great spot to call home during your stay.

The neighborhood is easy to explore by car, with quiet streets and a relaxed pace. Guests have a dedicated parking space in the driveway and may bring up to three vehicles. Parking is shared with the main house, but there is plenty of space to accommodate guest vehicles comfortably.

Rideshares like Uber and Lyft are available in the area, and it’s a short drive to beaches, parks, restaurants, and local shops. Bike and scooter rentals are also nearby if you prefer to explore on two wheels.
